Who we are

Fernando Briseño studied a bachelor's degree in economics at Centro de Investigacion y Docencia Economicas (CIDE) and a master's in data science at Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM), both in Mexico City. He started his career at the Boston Consulting Group's office in Mexico City, but focused his career in the public sector. He has been a senior economic advisor at federal Mexican agencies, including antitrust, telecommunications, energy, trade and treasury.Jose Antonio Marquez is a graduate economist from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM), where he also completed a Master's in economic theory. José Antonio has more than seven years of professional experience in different institutions of the public sector, particularly energy and infrastructure.
